Inilek Wilmots is a singer/songwriter from Oracabessa. He is a passionate surfer and also the manager of the marine reserve around Oracabessa Bay. Our friend Giovanni, who is shooting a documentary about harpoon fishermen there, makes the contact to Inilek for us. We meet him in the marina, talk about our project and record two of his songs. Then he plays very cool guitar to ‘Radiate‘ by Jack Mantis.
By the way, the small fishing harbor where we record is called ‘The Bond Beach’ because Ian Fleming invented the James Bond character here. Also cool.
