Joan Carlos Ortega is a trumpet player from Santiago de Cuba, whom we met together with the bass player Alejandro Luis Esteban in a salsa bar in Cuba. We introduce him to our project and he is downright proud to join us.
Joan then plays a sensational trumpet on the reggae song ‘Live up’ by Chokey Taylor on a house roof in Santiago. Awesome.
