In Salvador de Bahia we were able to present our project at the Casa Matria cultural house and invited all the musicians who were interested. Here we also met singer/songwriter Veronica Silva Machado, who was still called Veronica Veromm at the time, and made an appointment for the next day to record with her. We were quite amazed when she showed up with her friends Marie Bontemps, Seraina Gratwohl, Peu Tanjura and Marlon and played the song ’Maracatuanda‘, which she had written the night before.

It was a wonderful recording session, actually more of a party.
